      Pros

      Great company with fun work enviornment. Not monotonous like other pizza stores... above minimum wage base pay and tips are not deducted from your check.

      Cons

      not much other than, if you're trying to support more than yourself, I wouldn't recomend it unless you can get assistant or store manager position which is easy to do! Also I went through three used vehicles while working there, if you dont have a vehicle up to par (reliable) dont apply

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
