We were disappointed to see this review as we take employee morale very seriously at Donghia and place a high value on all of our associates. We are fortunate to have some of the most talented professionals in the industry, but we also have had to say goodbye to some very good people over the past few years as we worked to position Donghia to meet the challenges of a new business environment. It is quite possible that this former employee was part of that process and, if so, we are truly sorry for the negative effect such a difficult decision may have had on their life. We encourage him/her to contact us directly to discuss their concerns, I can promise you that they will be met with an open door. For those looking to join Donghia, please know that many of the "Cons" listed on this review are simply not true. We would be happy to address them in an interview and we pride ourselves in being very competitive in terms of holidays offered, working hours, benefits, and corporate culture. Lastly, after never receiving a single review in the history of Glassdoor, we have received these three within one month and are working to determine if they are all from one former employee. We respect the service Glassdoor provides and the transparency of review sites when used properly and honesty.
