Bad scheduling leaves you hanging by a thread with a meager amount of hours. Everyone is expected to work in back of house even if you are not a baker, and I’d have no prob learning new skills if the people who were actual bakers weren’t such mean bully’s making everyone else’s lives a living hell. Snobby rude childlike behavior from the back of house staff. This is a business not highschool and we are all here to make the biz grow and look good and to make our customers happy. That’s not the goal here.
