Anti union. Will fire at will for any made up reason. They’re especially good at lying to new hires regarding wages, promotions, and responsibilities. They only promote from within if their new hires leave them high and dry. It will take a very long time to get a promotion if they don’t hire someone first with less experience and they have the highest turn around rate I’ve ever witnessed at a higher end fast food service. Management will harass employees to the point of quitting or worse. When taken to federal court they lie under oath. Openly threatened to fire striking staff during a union election and threatened supervisors with demotion. When you make a complaint you’re most likely to be gaslit or fired within a few days since they don’t care about anything but making money and selling this failed business. By the way there is no HR. The environment is toxic between all the assaults and robberies happening right in front of the store and the lackluster Management staff. Finally they consistently over work everyone and degrade you when you’ve done everything they’ve asked of you and find anyone else to blame for their short comings.
