Great place to work - CRM Manager Dossier Employee Review

I've been with the company for over two years and I've never seen any evidence of these negative reviews people are leaving? Crying? Homophobia and racism? Dossier has a very kind, collaborative, and supportive culture and team - people genuinely enjoy working here. Sure, there is room for improvement - lots of meetings and there's a lot of manual processes, but its also a young company that's grown super quick so the tools need to catch up.

I haven't encountered any thus far, maybe other than the manual process thing.

Benefits that the company gives you

Toxic managers and micromanagement. Don't go to HR if your manager is being toxic, because your role will immediately be made redundant. The amount the company is paying does not warrant the workload and the way you are treated.
