      - Awesome colleagues - Barely any overtime

      - The founder kept flipping directions, which made it impossible for anyone to actually finish their tasks - The founder seemed to intentionally ignore the clashes between teams - The founder were too focused on quick sales and not realizing how much it's damaging the brand
