Toxic Environment - Senior Project Manager Douglas County Colorado Employee Review

The Douglas County PMO is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in in my career. The daily passive-aggressive power struggle, and attempts to undermine each other at the manager level has reached a level of unprofessionalism that is reminiscent of high school - only worse. These are supposed to be adults and professionals. The leadership is not just lacking but the biggest part of the culture problem. It's a shame - everyone who is any good at what they do and has a moral compass is one good interview away from moving along. Those that remain have risen to their level of incompetency for sure.
