Amazing Experience. Company culture is incredible for a startup. The entire team is highly focused and motivated on expanding healthcare access to all. The benefits are top notch and the work-life balance is great. The CEO does an excellent job of keeping everyone focused and has deep knowledge of the healthcare tech ecosystem. Every member of the team is highly talented and everyone is entrusted with a large amount of responsibility. You are constantly challenged with new and exciting projects.

* Mission-oriented: Company and CEO are determined to help people where they can, and the hope is that we can fill a gap and provide access to healthcare to many. * Experienced CEO: Cyrus Massoumi is the former CEO/Founder of Zocdoc, but also a health tech investor himself. Unlike other startups where the CEO or founders are learning the basics on the job, Cyrus confidently charts a path for the team and raises money without having to interrupt our job of building the service. * Startup culture without the grind. Everyone works really hard, but a work-life balance is the norm here. * High-functioning team: small team (for now), but individually, everyone is a self-starting contributor in many areas. Single people are doing what multiple teams would do at other companies.

* No office (of our own) – everyone is technically remote, so we share an office with another company for those who do want to go in. A few of us go in periodically. It could be a pro, depending on your perspective. * Career growth TBD - company is still small, so there's not really room for career growth in terms of titles until the company and its org chart grows.
