* Mission-oriented: Company and CEO are determined to help people where they can, and the hope is that we can fill a gap and provide access to healthcare to many. * Experienced CEO: Cyrus Massoumi is the former CEO/Founder of Zocdoc, but also a health tech investor himself. Unlike other startups where the CEO or founders are learning the basics on the job, Cyrus confidently charts a path for the team and raises money without having to interrupt our job of building the service. * Startup culture without the grind. Everyone works really hard, but a work-life balance is the norm here. * High-functioning team: small team (for now), but individually, everyone is a self-starting contributor in many areas. Single people are doing what multiple teams would do at other companies.

Dr. B is an excellent company to be part of! Great work environment and amazing team members who are mission-driven. I am always given a great deal of support and learn quite a lot. There are lots of opportunities for cross-functional collaboration. Take up a new project or set of tasks and learn something new. I believe in the company and what we are doing to make a difference in the healthcare industry. It always makes our day when our patients tell us how Dr. B helped them solve their health concerns while saving them time and money, and making it easier to fit into their hectic schedules. It means a great deal to us to hear about our patients' experiences and to know that we've been successful in providing them with efficient and affordable virtual care from the comfort of their couch.
