Pros

Pros are that the people are supportive, management is good, good place as location is nice, free snacks and drinks. A lot of opportunity to learn new things.

Cons

Cons so far are that there is no general system on what and how is done, no stable way of working. Office is empty, sometimes colleagues are cold. Too dynamic not sure what's going on.

Thank you for your candid feedback on your work experience. We're glad you find your team supportive and that you enjoy the office perks. It's also encouraging to know that you see plenty of opportunities for learning and growth within the company. Regarding your concerns, we understand the importance of transparent systems and processes for efficiency and consistency. We'll take your feedback to the team and improve this aspect to ensure a more stable and structured working method. We're sorry to hear that the office can be empty at times, which could present challenges with building rapport. We want to allow everyone the flexibility to work from home or come into the office to promote a healthy work-life balance. However, creating a positive and collaborative environment is important to us, and we'll work to improve in-person events in the office. Thank you again for your input as we continue to evolve and improve.

Pros

The pros about this place is that if you want a quiet area to work when you do work there out of 3 days out of the week that they have you work there. At least that's what it was when I worked there I don't know if they've changed it. Then you work 2 days at home. It's very quiet. Most the time there is nobody there. They will train you and help you but you will eventually have to be able to do it on your own.

Cons

If you switch over to departments don't depend on the company keeping you. If you mess up. The company was literally going through a buyout with the lottery company when I was working there and everything was crashing. So I got let go because there were a lot of errors and the system that they upgraded to was worse than the one that we worked on. So basically if anything happens with the systems just make sure that you know what you're doing and that you catch up on everything.
