- No delegation - No room for growth - Really low pay - Company has not handled our acquisitions very well esp when it comes to lower management - Very linear management style which leaves no room to grow into leadership or responsibilities. Top down management style - Politics, ego and bureaucracy is derailing the growth of this company and its employees
