Pros
Matching 401k, unlimited PTO, flexible work schedule, free snacks and drinks, beer and cold brew coffee on tap, free lunch twice a week, located in a convenient part of Manhattan to commute to, no dress code, ping pong table and video game consoles in the office, fun co-workers super knowledgable about film, television, comics, animation, and video games. WB and DC freebies from time to time.
Cons
Becoming more and more corporate. Transitioning to a P&L system with hourly tracking. Many positions have gone from salaried to hourly after Warner Bros acquisition. CEO and upper management once cared for all employees but over the years less and less. Very little transparency with regards to the circumstances surrounding most employees who resign or are terminated. Company culture is at times bro-y. Obsession with drinking at company events (could be a pro for some). Little opportunity for advancement. Little to no mentorship at entry and mid-level positions.
