      I enjoyed my short stint with the company. People (Management & Colleagues) - professional and smart Compensation & Benefits - competitive and compliant with market standards Career growth - promising and challenging at the same time Culture & values - transparent and good working environment Work /Life balance - definitely good like I experienced joining 2016 DRESO CIty company meeting at Bispingen. It was so fun and informative.

      I cannot think of something bad about DRESO because I had a very good working experience here.

      Pros: Strong in house expertise. Diverse disciplines in one company. Many offices in Germany and now internationally. Excellent clients and cutting edge projects to work on.

      Cons: Very hierarchical structure can be difficult to manage but not impossible.
