Without distributing memos, management is enforcing new rules whenever they please. The majority of leaders are novices who act like Gods while being the most ineffectual individuals you can imagine. Team leaders were taught not to back down from the agents and not to be concerned with their emotional well-being and mental state. The majority of the management team is egotistical and self-righteous. The majority of the support team is made up of gossipers and power trippers who love to stir up trouble at work. A pushing tray designed for cleaning the restrooms is being used to sell food, which is incredibly unhygienic!
