Good for people who doesn't have any work experience.
Cons
Bad leadership. They enjoy enforcing laws without sending out any internal memos. The management's decisions about the operations are not rationally considered. They dislike promoting women. Bosses are skilled at mind tricks while not even knowing how to use Excel.
