Driveline Retail Merchandising

Is this your company?

Lowest paying merchandising company and I have worked for over a dozen companies - Master Merchandiser Driveline Retail Merchandising Employee Review

Pros

Flexible schedule, usually a two week window and can go in the store and start work any day and any time during store hours as long as it is done before the store closes. If you are wanting to get into merchandising, this will be your foot in the door because they will hire just about anyone besides shoplifters. Once you get your experience run away as fast as you can! I only stuck around because it was all I had at the time but I have finally moved on.

Cons

Very low pay. Some of the work you are required to do is absolutely not worth the pay. Especially the "Party Goods" reset every year in Dollar General. I had a good district manager but have heard many horror stories of others where their DM never answered calls, texts, etc.

Pros

The autonomy of choosing your schedule is probably the best thing about this company. The work is pretty easy and some mileage is paid. You’re not constantly micromanaged.

Cons

The pay rate is fair, not the best. Sometimes management doesn’t answer there phone.
