Company doesn’t care about its merchandisers - Flex District Manager Driveline Retail Merchandising Employee Review

The company has put a freeze on raises effective last January. When I put in for a raise for one of my reps, I was told to give them empty platitudes (verbatim what they said) and not to tell them that there was a freeze on raises. I protested to my supervisor, and to hers, and was told that it wouldn’t change.
