Pros

- Dropbox is still a profitable business and pays employees well - Great perks for WFH employees - Still a respectful brand that many consumers like to use

Cons

- Strong competition makes the work harder - More and more complicated internal processes make work slower and slower - Bad management just causes enormous chaos. Eg: Sales leaders have no clue what to do. Technical leaders never talk about technical topics. - HR just say nice things and refuse to believe there are serious issues in the company

Pros

One of the best places to work, employees are highly valued, really smart co workers who want to go the extra mile.

Cons

Teams could get bloated at times, hence sometimes impact gets diluted.

Pros

Benefits: - Personal wellbeing allowance - Annual performance bonus - Equity - Internet & cell phone reimbursement

Cons

Very little room for growth. No real sense of job security due to the constant layoffs. Execs chase the latest and greatest trends, only to abandon projects halfway through. There’s no real sense of leadership or direction—where’s the company headed? What’s the actual goal of [xyz] project?
