Pros

Dropbox is truly one of the best companies I've worked at! While it's not perfect, they really do an amazing job of hiring people to support a genuine, collaborative, welcoming and caring culture. The people, benefits, WLB and remote work style is a huge hit as an employee. The Core Collaboration hours is what makes this company dynamic pretty awesome. If you're a person who needs to have their handheld, be told what to do and rely heavily on leadership telling you the steps - then this isn't the right company for you! It's not a top-down company, in the sense where hierarchy, micro-management and overbearing leadership is done! While I can't say every org is that way, I can speak confidently that it's not ran that way within the org I currently sit in. The work is pretty diverse in terms of projects, audiences and needs. While the scope is not always clear, the teams and the strategy usually comes together to make it a pretty stellar delivery.

Cons

Leadership COULD be better at how they communicate business goals, strategies and roadmaps. The overall project scoping, execution through to delivery process is messy, but doable! Some benefits have taken a hit, but overall still very competitive!

Great place to work. Excellent pay and benefits.

Cons

Tech isn't really cutting edge anymore. All the new stuff is AI related gimmicks to try and keep up with competition.
