Pros
I have to write 20 minimum words here. Some of the people were cool. They tried to make it a fun culture.
Cons
Lots of egos. Espcially considering it's a subpar "agency" with a lackluster client list that only provides productions work. Like many people have said, the work it lame. You work on banners, emails and some microsites. You do little or no actual creative work since better agencies/studios have been tasked with creating style/brand guidelines. It's really more of a production house with an identity crisis. Many times I was criticized and told I had a bad attitude. It's hard to have a good attitude when most of management are people who started working here right after graduating from Texas State and were promoted quickly, thus they have no real experience anywhere else. The know only one set of clients, one type of process, one type of culture. They're not open to anything else. Also, you're micromanaged. People are constantly looking over your shoulder. "Were you on facebook today?" "is that your personal email?" It's insanely stupid.
