Terrible, Crazy Man to Work For - Senior Commodity Specialist Dryden Procurement Technologies Employee Review

Pros

You do earn commission for the projects you work on as an analyst. It is a nice perk.

Cons

You will be subjected to work for a crazy man who changes direction every 3 seconds and gets frustrated when you don't change direction a second ahead of him. Plus- if you are a woman, you will be subjected to a boys club. You could be laid off for having a baby, or if you are lucky, just treated with general disrespect.

Pros

Dryden Group puts a large amount of trust in its employees and gives us the independence we need to add value to the company.

Cons

The company recently went remote for all employees. I miss seeing everyone in the office.

Pros

- Ideally located in Center City, Philadelphia - Very stable ownership structure - As cost consultants, the business is recession proof - Unlimited learning potential - Widely acknowledged experts in the Procurement/Strategic Sourcing Consulting Space - Over 100 Fortune 500 active clients - Extremely compelling client value proposition - Highly innovative, disrupting the marketplace through advanced analytics and technology backed with substantial market intelligence - Fun and flexible environment - Rewards hardworking people - Flat hierarchy - Very Growth Orientated! - The coolest and friendliest dog you have ever seen is the office mascot and chills in the office at least once a week

Cons

- The firm needs to hire more people to share a heavy work burden - The casual and fun environment can sometimes be slightly distracting - Rather informal employee on boarding (this works great if you take initiative, but can be difficult if you expect a formal and structured training process)
