You do earn commission for the projects you work on as an analyst. It is a nice perk.
Cons
You will be subjected to work for a crazy man who changes direction every 3 seconds and gets frustrated when you don't change direction a second ahead of him.
Plus- if you are a woman, you will be subjected to a boys club. You could be laid off for having a baby, or if you are lucky, just treated with general disrespect.

Potential for lots of projects simultaneously
Technology isn't the best, but it is improving slowly
No real cons for me, I have had a great experience.

- Good work/life balance.
- Great work experience.
Cons
- Management may force you out so they don't have to pay you commissions... this has happened to two separate reps.
- Sales cycle is very long and you will need to spend 2-3 years to even receive commissions.
- Big money is promised but never delivered regardless of your success.
- Management is very poor and treats its employees as means to their own ends.
- Very low integrity company.
