Terrible, Crazy Man to Work For

Pros

You do earn commission for the projects you work on as an analyst. It is a nice perk.

Cons

You will be subjected to work for a crazy man who changes direction every 3 seconds and gets frustrated when you don't change direction a second ahead of him. Plus- if you are a woman, you will be subjected to a boys club. You could be laid off for having a baby, or if you are lucky, just treated with general disrespect.

Fantastic growth oriented firm with a great leadership team

Leadership Flexibility The team is fantastic Ability to try new ideas without backlash The team is like a family; lots of banter back and forth and social gatherings outside the office as well.

Cons

Early start everyday Potential for lots of projects simultaneously Technology isn't the best, but it is improving slowly No real cons for me, I have had a great experience.

Sales Reps Beware

Pros

- Good work/life balance. - Great work experience.

Cons

- Management may force you out so they don't have to pay you commissions... this has happened to two separate reps. - Sales cycle is very long and you will need to spend 2-3 years to even receive commissions. - Big money is promised but never delivered regardless of your success. - Management is very poor and treats its employees as means to their own ends. - Very low integrity company.
