      free travel help get your licences after a period of time

      Cons

      poor social life, can never plan a weekend as you can get caught for shift on the day or 24 hours before hand. a few management staff dont show enough respect towards staff. dont get the benefits that drivers get money is not good enough for the hours you have to work

      Cons

      It is IMPOSSIBLE to progress further as an engineering operative. The only step up is going on the shift or nights; everything else is impossible to get to without some sort of nepotism.
