Micromanagement is the only type of management you will get, do not expect any sort of pastoral care
You will get burnt out due to the lack of project governance and you will be expected to conduct the project management role while they enjoy "the culture crew"
Their culture drive is due to very poor results and inability to retain top talent, why you may ask? Simply put you will be earning someone else's salary to give them an excellent work life balance that must be respected at all times however when yours comes into question and no working excessive hours, they will get rid of you or your progression will halt completely.
Salaries are not market competitive either and the process to get bonuses, salary increases or promotions is farcical.
They are truly lost and just a matter of time before it folds or is consumed by a larger consultancy
For a data consultancy they are clearly behind the times and cannot retain the new talent
