Pros
Great company to work for with flexible shifts and good team workplace ethic. Opportunity to meet a diverse traveling purblic from all over the world. Listens to feedback from employees and customers. Great benefits package. Lots of good vibes from upper management and from customers. A very fast paced work environment.
Cons
Employee stock options would be great. Limited opportunity for advancement at the store levels. Pace can be very hectic because you are always on the go delivering packages and customer service to the flying public. Working in several terminals at the airport can be very demanding on the employees but in the same way very intertesing.
