Where do I start.. Upper management don’t care about anything other than money. If someone is sick or on holidays, there’s not enough employees to fill in for that absent person. You just have to work harder, faster. When someone leaves the workplace they don’t hire someone straight away. It takes them almost 2 months to find someone. Again you will have extra work load. No extra pay. If you ask for a raise, they say you signed a contract and it can’t be changed but at anytime they can make you sign to alter it for their benefit. KPIs are achievable at first but become unachievable as every year so you don’t get your bonus. Holidays.. if your upper management, you can pick when you want holidays, if your not holidays are available during winter months or less busy periods. The biggest red flag is that everyone in the store is hired as retail, but every store has a warehouse, forklift , dispatch. Yet there are no warehouse employees. So that’s your job too. Cleaners come once a week to clean the toilets. So that’s your job too if someone makes a mess in there.
