Limited growth in satellite offices, Inconsistent systems/training approach, Managers may avoid defending staff, Poor communication before discipline, Advancement tied to strict conformity From my perspective, management and HR were not always inclined to advocate for employees during disputes. Employment decisions could be influenced by older issues rather than focusing solely on recent performance, and the company may rely on its at-will employment policy when making such decisions
