Employees at smaller branches may not feel as connected with other employees due to distance and/or size of the location

Lots of overtime allowed. Reasonably flexible with scheduling.

Company may be larger, but be careful of what each branch offer in terms of culture. At the smaller branches, relationships can vary from uncomfortable to unprofessional. Pay does not keep up with cost of living, or the constant demand of do more with less. Benefits are lacking, 401k is on a vesting schedule.
