Unique development shop that treats employees with respect, and emphasizes personal growth. Very flexible work environment with an unbeatable work/life balance. Duo is a Drupal-only environment, and they stress continual education for all devs. (At the time of this review, Duo has the highest number of certified Acquia developers in the Midwest, and they really push developers to grow.) Management is open to new ideas and viewpoints -- in fact, the company allows you to make the job what you want.

Can sometimes feel too informal, and --although the shop is going through a strong growth phase -- they tend to be a little loose with their practices. Also, they sometimes are too forgiving with employees who wouldn't last at other companies -- especially on the PM side.

Most of the people are nice. There's a big TV in the main room and some old arcade games. Current office is dog-friendly.

Complete disregard for good work (no reward for trying either). Total disinterest in developing skills. Was told over and over that I (as an intern) would be pulled on full-time "in a month or two" and then eventually was given my own "two week's notice" (i.e. they hired someone else and told me when my last day would be). What's more, they had me (unknowingly) interview that guy who would take the full-time position they'd said they were grooming me for. I can't speak for full-time employees, but anything less is filed as an "outside contractor" - they'll take no money out of your checks and you'll owe big time in tax season. And they don't mention that (at least, not to me).
