Pros
Duo is a growing startup where there are many opportunities to shape and contribute to the company. Employees work very hard to make the company successful while also maintaining a fun, lighthearted atmosphere. And there's so much free food. Maybe too much. The work atmosphere is very supportive, and the leadership works to constantly make improvements while maintaining a great culture. The security space is a very interesting place to be with many challenges and opportunities to do meaningful work. Duo is very committed to the community, engaging with tech organizations and university groups while also providing learning opportunities for employees. This is a SF Bay Area style startup in Michigan. It's amazing.
Cons
This is a fast-growing company where things are always changing. It's the nature of successful startups, and some people will be okay with it or even thrive, while others are not. (Personally I like it.) Health benefits and things like 401K matching could get better, and I believe they will as we grow.
