1. Company had been flexible for awhile but this was being taken away. 2. Decent healthcare 3. Competitive PTO

1. Day to day challenges would have been solved years ago if not for poor management decision making 2. No room for advancement, concerns may be acknowledged but they will not be acted on 3. Nepotism is a massive concern 4. Very little morale 5. Well below market pay 6. Owners act as if it is a startup but the company has been around for a decade and has not matured 7. Depending on the position it is likely that work will be brought home
