      1. Company had been flexible for awhile but this was being taken away. 2. Decent healthcare 3. Competitive PTO

      Cons

      1. Day to day challenges would have been solved years ago if not for poor management decision making 2. No room for advancement, concerns may be acknowledged but they will not be acted on 3. Nepotism is a massive concern 4. Very little morale 5. Well below market pay 6. Owners act as if it is a startup but the company has been around for a decade and has not matured 7. Depending on the position it is likely that work will be brought home

      A flexible schedule for most staff

      Cons

      Incompetent owners, Incompetent managers and nepotism drives most advances. They ignore blatant issues and attempt quick fixes instead of the actual issues Lies to Employees about pay raises and other benefits. No accountability for specific people in the organization. Quick fixes for problems they were warned about and ignored for months. No communication between the departments. Layoffs for workers and then raises for specific people.
