I tried to connect with the community but I found that the work culture was strictly professional. The sort of place where people ask "How you doin'?" And respond "Great!" because they don't really want to know if you're not doing well. They are very effective. I made 50 phone calls in a day and I was still being pushed to do more. To be better even though I was doing very well. It has a perfectionistic work culture.
