Pros
People here are very smart and they work together to make this place a great place to work. They listen and adjust to make sure this is a great working place for everybody. There's great work / life balance and you get to work on really interesting problems with amazing technologies and incredible scale. The company has a great outlook as it looks to expand and is growing rapidly.
Cons
They company is still growing and shaping itself and there are some growing pains but management is handling them and this gets better all the time.
