3yThank you for your feedback; we are sorry you had such a negative experience in our call center. We agree that retention is very important, which is why we work to provide an engaging culture and flexible schedule to keep employees coming back.
Shifts can fill up quickly, and schedules can be altered based on how busy or slow the business happens to be that day. Our flexible scheduling allows for easy work but can certainly be frustrating when it comes to shift changes. We’re sorry that you experienced more than your fair share of this.
Our onboarding process is being revamped and streamlined, so hopefully future employees won’t experience the issues you did.
