      Pros

      Lots of different jobs and things to learn. Lots of hats you can wear and decent opportunity to move around cross-functionally.

      Cons

      Hard to succeed as the targets keep moving. Touch leadership that isn't great at providing guidance. Expectations are not realistic. No real plan for the future.

      Pros

      The schedules are super flexible, team leads are really great

      Cons

      environment can be stressful, low pay and shifts get canceled. It's a little frustrating when your doing your best on surveys and calls and then you get deductions.
