Pros

-Potential to make much more than your base pay indicated (Overtime). -A good variety of jobs to learn/ horizontal mobility. -Good health benefits for the area. -Weekly pay. -Paid lean training. -good place to learn the basics of leadership. -Some very knowledgeable staff members. -Very fair treatment if you become ill or have a family crisis and have been there for a few years

Cons

-Can be a loud, dirty, and unsafe environment -not much room for work/life balance -Issues with high turnover from top to bottom. -Culture shifts rapidly with each new director or HR hire -Capacity planning issues that cause unneeded strain to the production system -Tied to federal funding and automotive slumps-Huge slow downs after every election.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Safety continues to be our #1 focus, and the Recordable Case Rate fell 62% since 2017. In addition to base pay and overtime, Dynatect has a variable compensation program which has paid 35 - 100% of eligible bonus targets in 2018 based on production goals .
