Pros

Mission-driven work: Strong sense of purpose supporting students and schools through accessible virtual and in-person therapy services. Remote and flexible roles: Many positions offer remote, hybrid, or flexible schedules, which supports work-life balance. Growing organization: Opportunities to contribute ideas, build programs, and grow with a company that is expanding in the education and healthcare space. Collaborative colleagues: Passionate clinicians and team members who genuinely care about students, families, and outcomes. Exposure to K–12 education systems: Valuable experience working with school districts, compliance requirements, and multi-state operations. Meaningful impact: Employees can clearly see how their work directly affects students and communities.

Cons

Cons Rapid growth challenges: Processes, systems, and communication can lag behind the pace of growth. Role clarity can vary: Responsibilities may evolve quickly, which can feelFiring test employees before official start? High workloads during peak periods: Back-to-school and staffing surges can create periods of heavy workload. Communication inconsistencies: Cross-department alignment and transparency may vary depending on leadership and timing. Change management: Frequent shifts in priorities or structure can be challenging for those who prefer stability.

Pros

I left the company on good terms, I just had another opportunity open up that I couldn't pass on. It was a rocky start when the new CEO came in, but by the time I left, I could definitely see the positive changes happening. I had great communication with my account manager. My hours were consistent and the pay was comparable to home health jobs that I've had in the past that are paid by the session visit.

Cons

Like with most change, it was a little rocky at first when the new CEO came in, but by the time I left, it was getting much better.
