always something to look at since its a strip club. its a party 24/7 and I've partied with some very famous and influential people.

terrible pay scale. long hours 10+ besides and answering emails. schedules are never set in stone. Plenty of responsibilities and liabilities but you have no authority to reprimand anyone that doesn't follow your instructions. Only person with authority is the GM or managing partner and thats a well known fact around the club so not too many employees respect the host. Employees also know were the lowest paid department so we become the laughing stock of the club.
