Pros

For God sake stay away from this Company * These guys are getting shitier day by day. * Appraisal got delayed by 2 months this year and for new joiners they almost take 18 months to gave you your first appraisal. * The only pros was their hybrid model which they will probably end in another 6-8 month. * They are coming out as EDMO now because ISCHOOLCONNECT name is already Done and Dusted.

Cons

* They won't let you take leave which you deserve as everything is priority. Will make you work late night and even on Saturday and Sundays. * Will put you on PIP for nothing or just make you resign forcefully. * If they offer you permanent work from home then remember they already have started looking for your replacement. * Performance linked bonus is a joke they never pay them and will find a way to downplay you.

Pros

WFH (Sometimes), Some good perks but at the sacrifice of your sanity and time

Cons

Extremely toxic staff, particularly leadership. Controlling, and demand you be available for them 24/7. Unprofessional behavior, that wouldn't fly in most places. Unethical business practices. Pay is low. Was gaslit constantly. Was forced to talk about my coworkers without them present. Extremely unforgiving to everyone about everything. My advice - run. As far away as you can. And as fast as you can. No paycheck is worth it, I promise you that.
