If you are not in the close circle forget about raises or growth. Keep your head down and avoid the dirty politics - the walls have ears!!!! Performance reviews do not exist. False idea of flex time: senior management complains about people leaving after 8 hrs if you started as early as 7am regardless if work is done or not. There is a reason for the high turn over.
