      Pros

      Easy to accept or deny jobs through call-portal.

      Cons

      Not enough hours for classified work (clerical, regular class assisting). Most of the work in the Classified category will be SPED or Crossing Guard. If working in SPED classes, the pay should increase as there is a bigger need and risk in this program.

      Online system to search for and accept sub assignments Easy to work with to solve issues.

      Cons

      Although it was easy to set up employment, it took quite a few weeks before I could start working at the time I joined.

      Pros

      Managing your own schedule. Building good relationships with students when you become a school's frequent substitute.

      Cons

      Initially have to take jobs that are in more challenging classrooms/schools. This can be a very deflating experience.
