Pros

Struggling to find anything good to say.

Cons

- a “founder” that is completely insane, Machiavellian, and so full of himself, loves the sound of his own voice, and doesn’t care one bit about anyone that works for him. - no recognition for anything for anyone, across the company. The development team are constantly fighting to get recognised, while the sales teams are elevated above all else because they bring in the money technically, they do so little work the other departments do most of it for them, and there is no structure to the work or management whatsoever. - the whole workforce is basically a “yes team” to whatever the management wants at that moment and you’re expected to drop whatever you’re doing to satisfy the whims of the founder. - it’s basially a scam. Nothing they sell is actually functional. It’s hard to believe any company is willing to work with them. - while there are some genuinely nice people, most of them will stab you in the back or gossip about you if it means something to them. You can’t trust a single person, everyone is protective of themselves only - or their inner circle. - you will not be treated well, you will be berated by management, communication is beyond abysmal, and you could be let go without notice and ruthlessly. This company just does not care about people or it’s own mission. They just want to sell sell sell and line their pockets, while they struggle to even pay their employees. - worst company “culture” - if you can even call it that - that I’ve ever encountered. It’s laughable. Only work here if you already hate your life and people.
