Pros
Driven company, low risk manufacturing line for drilling, and a lean company. The company has the opportunity to grow but given that it is run by a private equity does not allow much room for the company to flourish.
Cons
Planning manager has lost five out of eight employees in less than a year with more on the bench wanting to leave. Very poor career development with manager only looking out for them self. Awful experience and I would not recommend moving over unless the planning manager changes.
