Pros
Before they sold off so many assets, there were opportunities to work several different plays. The company also responded to employee feedback and offered development courses.
Cons
Some managers were not supportive of employee development. Despite efforts to the contrary, there was disconnect between departments. Some departments were weak. There was too much emphasis put on reservoir engineering to steer the company goals, projections, bank loans, activity, etc. Their numbers were often not real.
