      Good work/life balance; fair pay; great benefits; lots of oppurtunities to try new things and grow; supporting colleagues.

      Cons

      Company culture does not promote indipandant thinking and promotes people who walk the company line instead. This has resulted in less competent new leadership to be assigned.

      Decent Pay for work load if corporate roles or upper management, field workers not so much

      Cons

      High turnover Transparency- Zero Support from leadership - Zero Culture- cliquish, roomer mill Claims of future, terms at end of projects Benefits- Costly plans Canadian operations and talent are solid, US is looked at as disposable.
