EQS Group Response
8yThanks for taking the time to share your experience at EQS Group, though I must confess I am surprised by the tone of your review and a bit frustrated by your feedback.
I have worked hard to create a company where people would feel empowered and I always encourage each and every employee to think through their problems and plot out solutions themselves, hence, it is truly disappointing to hear that someone who defines him/herself as a Middle Manager does not feel the responsibility to create and guarantee an environment where people feel that their personal and professional growth is valued, and rather resorts to upward delegation and avoids accountability.
At the same time, when a company grows as fast and successful as EQS has the past years, expanding into new markets all over the world, developing a significant presence outside Germany, where the headquarters are, it certainly is also a challenge for the entire organization. This brings along the difficulty for me to support everyone’s work on a day-to-day basis as well as new challenges which we are constantly working on. Therefore, we are currently focusing on a number of initiatives to support our journey in becoming a truly global company and in sharing and exchange of expertise, information and best practices across different geographies on management structures, processes and policies.
Moreover, we are reinforcing our management team Asia by bringing on board a new senior executive from outside the Group, while at the same time German and international team members are regularly visiting our Asia offices to guarantee the HQ support in the implementation of these initiatives.
So while it is a shame that our efforts did not meet your expectations, rest assured we will treasure your feedback and try even harder to build a supportive work environment for all our team members.
Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you all the best on your new role.
Best,
Marcus Sultzer
