Thanks to your hard work and that of our other staff members, our business continues to be successful and has seen substantial growth, particularly within the support centres. Our suggestion would be to have regular catch ups with your line manager to help prioritise work and identify resource short falls as we ultimately want to ensure in the long term you receive the support you need not only to succeed but to progress as well.
