Pros

Opportunities to learn and have steady paycheck.

Cons

Perks clearly favor leadership. When I applied to add a non-immediate family member to my HMO, I was declined due to policy, which I accepted. However, I later learned that some leaders and managers were allowed to enroll cousins, nieces, and other non-immediate relatives. This double standard is unfair, discouraging, and highlights office politics that benefit only a few.

Pros

Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

Cons

Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
