      - I think now, just the salary

      A lot of cons. Mindset of the new management - fire fire fire. if you are not on their side, they will definitely make your life a living hell mostly if client does not like you. The service delivery is not about technologies and people anymore, it’s about who you can benefit with. If you are applying for a job - this is not the company you would want to work with. DOLE cases are waving 👋

      Pros

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
